Full-Session Proposals
Presenter(s) prepare content for a 35-minute session, with an additional 10-minute Q&A period for all presenters. Full-session proposals may include multiple presentations with content that is topically related.
Lightning Rounds
Each participant is given 7 minutes to give a presentation. At the end of the lightning round, there will be a 10 minute Q&A period. Lightning Rounds proposals related to new and innovative projects and research are encouraged.
Virtual Posters
There will be a separate call for proposal for virtual poster proposals.
Other Formats
If you have an idea for a session that is outside of the suggested session format, please explain in your description how it breaks the mold of usual conference programs.
